We’re combining a SaaS platform with a marketplace that connects talent and employers in new ways, using smart AI. Recruitment should feel less like administration and more like matchmaking.
Founded by two experienced entrepreneurs in Utrecht, we’re expanding with a founding engineer, an experienced full-stack developer who wants real ownership and is excited to help build a product that’s already taking shape. Your Role
You’ll be hands-on in building Majoop’s core product, a scalable SaaS and marketplace for the HR and recruitment industry. You’ll work closely with the founders on architecture, integrations, and user experience, turning ideas into working software that makes hiring better for everyone.
We’re offering a generous equity package, reflecting the key role you’ll play in shaping Majoop’s success.

We value curiosity, problem-solving, and learning ability above all. Whether your background is in our current stack or another technology set, we care more about your ability to design and build great systems than the specific tools you’ve used.
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

We currently work with:
Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, AWS, Java, Node.js, React, Python, Playwright, Scrapy, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, GitHub.
Note: Experience with this specific stack is not required. If you have strong full-stack experience in another ecosystem (e.g., .NET, Ruby, PHP, Go, or others) and are willing to learn or adapt, we’d still love to talk.
